Glaebloom ships to the countries and regions available in the country selector and at checkout. Available methods, prices, and estimated delivery times are shown before payment.

United States

• Standard shipping: $8
• Free standard shipping on orders of $59 or more
• Express shipping: $15

International Shipping

• International Standard: $9.90, estimated 10–16 business days with tracking
• International Express: $19.90, estimated 5–9 business days with tracking
• Free international standard shipping on orders of $59 or more

Processing and Delivery

Delivery estimates begin after an order has been processed and handed to the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, customs, severe weather, holidays, or other events outside our control. Tracking details will be sent when available.

Customs and Import Charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Address Changes

Please check your shipping address before placing your order. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing or has shipped.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Parcels

If tracking shows an unusual delay, or your parcel arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us with your order number and clear photos where applicable. We will review the issue and help with the appropriate next step.
