Returns and refunds
If an item arrives damaged, please keep the packaging and contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
Unused standard items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Personalized or custom-made items may not be returnable unless damaged or defective. EU and UK customers retain any statutory rights that apply to their purchase.
